Depends on your requirements. Arguably Oracle is the best one preferred by many large corporations - for excellent scalability, performance and features. If your looking for smaller scale, MySQL or PGsql can also be decent open source options. If the rest of the corporate IT ecosystem is on Microsoft, e.g. in Azure cloud, then their SQL Server might be the best fit. Its all up to circumstances.
