Its better if you know C language before learning C++, it will really help you.
But even if you don't know C you can start learning C++ .
But I recommend you to learn C first then C++

Nothing in particular. But, You'll surely need Human Language such as English. C++ is a kind of basic ones so you dont need to know others.
