How do i clean this up

Question

New code didn't work as shown on netbeans. I had added the scanner since it would not allow user input with the parseint command. How can I make this run cleaner i.e. getting the input on the same line as the "first and second number" printout? It outputs differently on this apps ide. Why is that?
