I am confused...I know basics of C, C++ and HTML+CSS,python...but don't know what to do?? Any suggestion???

If you have learned plenty of things then you should practice it and code. First of all you should choose that in which field of programming you are interested in... Python: for data science, Artificial Intelligence Kotlin: for Android development C++/C# for game development Html->Css->JavaScript: for web development. Also, C++ and python can also be used to develop web.

If you mean what to do in order to practice your skills, you should try SoloLearn challenges. Also, there's many websites with code challenges. e.g. codewars.com hackerrank.com

it happened to me I learned the basics of python and c++ but I didn't know how to use them to code something useful then I found out why I did not learn to think like a programmer or using Algorithms . this website can help there is an app from it too geek for geeks https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/ then you can practice your muscles here codeforces //make an account first https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/ don't get confused coding is easy but every first step is hard (;
