Qt and my personal c++ program

Question

I’ve started to learn c++ on august 2018, youtube, sololearn, books, a lot of video. Some codes from sololearn and some others. Now i’m learning more deeper STL C++ but i felt the need to use a gui, to start learning, after some more searching i decide to use QT . I’ve started some days ago. Now:
If i write a C++ program (i’m working on a addressbook) with classess and file handling (obj, vectors etc) to add the gui i need to re-write it completly using the qt ‘libraries’ ? Thanks!
