Angular is the hardest of all. It uses a system of modules and templates to create complex, yet highly scalable web apps. It uses a statically typed version of javascript called typescript.

Vue is commonly characterized as the fastest rendering framework, while angular scales the best for larger apps. React, at the time writing, is in the highest demand by employers.

While Vue and Angular have their own routing libraries for SPA's, React requires third party libraries.

Overall, use Vue for speed and simplicity, React for employability, and Angular for larger scale apps.
