How many things is needed to develop web application in asp. Net through web forms (I mean to say that c#,web forms and what next?) ????? And how many days it will take?

Once i developed a website i had visual studio, and you need database/SQL understanding for connecting your website with database server, i used VB instead of C# but it doesn't matter what language you use and time it will depends on how big your website is going to be...
