It is very useful to upload your HTML code on to the Google which is only made up of HTML CSS JavaScript . Which can you ask for money online and it can be a part time job for you

You need to hoste your site, it can be done for free, but you will probably have their url not custom, or you can pay for your site. To earn money i don't know probably some ads services.
