How to use viewBox inside the <symbol> tag?

The format of viewbox is
viewbox="x, y, zy, zy"

Where

x, y is the offset from the origin point and

zx, zy is the zooming of the svg from original size, eg the size of svg is width 300, height 300; zx, zy is 150,150 would make the symbol double the size.
