Why only jokes get high up votes?

Question

Friends why a question doesn't get as much up votes as joke? Not to disrespect fellow solo learners who upload jokes, it's fun to read jokes regarding programming.
My question is even a question which have high comments doesn't have up vote.
So couldn't we up vote question as much as jokes.
Don't mind it's just my opinion.

Well most probably jokes are meant for all the people in sololearn but question are specific in a language so only people who have knowledge about that field sees the question but whole community enjoys the jokes. That's why jokes get high upvotes.

Jokes are, to some, hilarious.
If it's funny, it pours in the up-votes and it eventually reaches the Top.
But don't fret, most of them are actually quite interesting and funny - hence why they are Up There.

Where there is learning,exploring and creating,jokes acts like a mind refresher.It is a very highly potent medicine that we need in this community.Regarding your question on upvotes,you see lots of learner here are novice in programming(including me) and many a times we can't understand the questions related to programming,which results in less upvote.But being commoners we have a high probability to get the jokes and hence more upvotes.
