Why doesn't Sololearn have Http.dll?

Question is in the title.
Also wondering if there is a workaround.

Security reasons and because the code has to run on the server and then you get the output therefore the resources to make the request would be managed by the SoloLearn server (now just imagine everyone making alot of requests = DOS)
