Try Django framework and its web-related possibilities, to learn new applications of Python :) You'll love it! ;)

If you dont already know it html, and css. html seems to be a pretty foundational code and css is pretty well tied right to it.

Depends on your needs. Just a common point before moving to another programming language, you better learn a minimum GUI tool kit then make a small tool with it as a mini project. Next language, better to be of different type. So skip Ruby and Perl for now, and go with a general use compiled language like c/c++ or Java or may be a web design language like JavaScript.
