I'm as green as can be. Where to begin?
My very first objectives are to learn everything it takes to secure my devices, email and social media accounts, as I have unquestionably had all the above compromised. My second priority/objective is to learn how to make websites and develop applications. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. A Bow-Wow to the Now in Zen, new Friends! Sincerely, 3L1 0N

For your second objective, start with the HTML tutorial on Sololearn followed by CSS, then Javascript perhaps. For your first objective, install some antivirus software on your devices and educate yourself (online) on how to stay safe in the digital world including what information is safe/unsafe to publish online.

Any experts here on Kaspersky and Amazon Web Services?

Installed Kaspersky a few days ago. Not sure if it does any good to install it if my devices were already compromised prior to. Is Amazon.aws something to be concerned about because I am seeing its activity in all my other applications via an application called, "App Snitch"?
As for the other advice; thank you! On it.

Not to suggest that I think everyone involved in "gang-stalking" is necessarily an evil AS/S-0. Quite to the contrary, I feel there is actually, at the very least, a contingency of really good people amongst them who have gone out of their way to help me. Otherwise, I am quite convinced I would be dead or set up by now.
Instead, I find myself in a county that bears my last name (after my distant ancestors of considerable local fame), enrolled in a program that is affording me every opportunity to get my life together.
They've certainly put me through the wringers, but not without humor and a strange sense of guidance.
End result being a strong and inspired volition to better myself and to learn coding!
It is in this light and spirit that I've even made a shirt that says, "I <3 my gang-stalkers".
'Nuff said. Time to learn. I'm all eyes and ears.

At the risk of coming across a paranoid idiot, I will, against better judgement, go ahead and proclaim that I am a "victim" of the recent "gang-stalking" phenomenon. Hence my technological woes.
Before any denouncements of high quackery, I beg any who may be dubious about the legitimacy of such an assertion to first take a look at some of the how's and why's I've come to that conclusion.
