Challenges and experience points...any guide?

Hi everyone. I’m curious if there is a guide to how experience is tabulated based on progress through courses.
Is there a loss of experience points if we get questions wrong in courses?
Also, are there challenges where there is no risk of losing experience points, or is it all a “high stakes” experience?
I’m asking mainly because I have not located the information, and these points seem to be an integral component to the app.

loss of experience points is not so important but taking new challenges help you to learn new things..You loss you XP it means you have tried and this is what a programmer need
