Java: Link-State Routing Algorithm for Networking

Question

The Link-State Algorithm is one of the routing algorithms for the Control Plane in Networking. The objective is to find the least-cost path from one node to another using a table. I'm familiar with writing the table by hand, but code wise I need help. My main objective for this assignment is to fix the buildRoutingTableForNode() method in the LinkStateNetworking program.
