Which HTML-5 elements are not contained in flow content?

Since all other contents and most parts of the metadata content is contained in flow content, I want to know only those elements which are only contained in metadata content.

According to me some tags like the <meta> tag are not contained in flow content...As : The <meta> tag provides metadata about the HTML document. Metadata will not be displayed on the page, but will be machine parsable. Meta elements are typically used to specify page description, keywords, author of the document, last modified, and other metadata. The metadata can be used by browsers (how to display content or reload page), search engines (keywords), or other web services. HTML5 introduced a method to let web designers take control over the viewport (the user's visible area of a web page), through the <meta> tag and according to this definition Flow content: Contains the majority of HTML5 elements that would be included in the normal flow of the document. So every information provided in the head section which shouldn't modify the way the document appears on the screen shouldn't be taken as contained in Flow content
