I just found solution

Just turned on pc access to Google photos
Go to inspect >>network
On that menu under "name"
Click that samll image you will redirect to other page which is of Google photos copy url use it as you use as any image

Don't edit the url to add jpg

If you want your image to be displayed on html page from any where through link

You can use "tinypic"
♦this is public so not secure that much

You can use discord upload there so after upload you get share option copy that link
♦The link you get exactly in your upload file format

Use onedrive overthere image you get in your file format
