CSS Filters

Can I use css3 filters like blur for background-image? if yes, how?

OK, this is one of solutions, I've used ::before pseudoselector and applied blur to it, instead of the header. Take a look : https://code.sololearn.com/WOwb1a4RyrFA/?ref=app

When i apply the filter:blur() to a div that has background-image, it also applies to all of the content of that div, but I just want to blur the background-image and keep the content unchanged; is there a way to do that?

.class{ backdrop-filter: blur(10px); } Is used to make the element like glass. The backdrop-filter property allows you to eliminate this extra “background” element and apply filters to the backdrop directly:
