What's fuels your programming enthusiasm
I'm looking for inspiration. I believe I can find something to inspire myself by learning what inspires others :)

Different projects, tutorials on the Internet, projects from Sololearn. Even the smallest implementations and simple solutions can inspire me.

I think what inspires me is the process of solving problems and the innovation of technology
Programming is a difficult process. Often times you have to sit for hours debugging or solving a problem. To me, there is nothing that beats the feeling of finally solving *that* problem. And in solving that problem, I inspire myself to move onto the next one.
I grew up watching technology and science grow, and I wanted to be part of it. I never thought of programming until two years ago, when I started working with the Raspberry Pi. I loved the feeling of *inventing* something and making it work the way I wanted to. In short I got a little mad-scientist / Matrix-programmer rush😅🤣
Of course, I dont plan on being a desk-jockey. Way cooler stuff happening at NASA, CERN and IBM😎
I hope you find the inspiration you are looking for and happiness in Software Development

I just love the feeling after writing a successful program, or even a little part of it! 🤩
Even though I am just in the beginning of my journey, I can spend hours wondering why it doesn’t work the way I want it to, or how I can make it work. I feel I made the right choice about my career path choice, I just enjoy problem solving!
Of course I have had stages like - “why I do this”, “ I am not good at this”, “I should go for something else” ... but then when sou solve even a little thing, it gives you the drive and motivation to keep going and keep learning! 💪

Working on projects, mainly working solo, since if I collab (usually me and one other person) the other drops out and the project stays unfinished forever.
But yeah I mainly program stupid useless things in JavaScript, PHP like clocks, calculator. Sometimes I make useful things, I made a service that works like pastebin which supports different themes and lots of common programming languages and passwords - this being made using PHP and jQuery (, html, CSS).
The bin is still in the works but is open and free to use by anyone!
This is one of my biggest projects as it is about 500+ lines of code, next thing ima make for it will be an API I suppose.

I like the fact that you have to create the program there is no help tools and that your projects only as complicated as the task you set yourself

A few things inspire me for learning here. I find that this (programming) is a very challenging skill to master. With that challenge comes freedom to create, but only if understanding of the concepts are gained.
The pay rate is much more than what I make now. That is a huge incentive. If I were already paid well, I would still want to learn it. Learning things that have so much application and influence on the rest of the world is a super power in my opinion. Even after what I've learned so far, I still look back on websites and such that I loved 15 years ago. 🖖

How long did it take you to learn Java

Thanks Thomas :)

CHIDERA AHAMEFULE it depends on your learning discipline and a few other factors but I can assure you, you'll not receive the same response from any of the people here. Also☺, learning programming has no end unless you're the one who actually decides to stop. New features come through daily, monthly, yearly and so on. You need to keep yourself updated so as not to become rusty....

When I was young, I like the whole dark, must be the universe. I think there are many star on the universe, I have longing for it.
So, I am a coder now to explore the mystery with universe.
