I literally have no background on learning programming, please help?

Head First Python: A Brain-Friendly Guide, by Paul Barry. Price: $18.26.
Python Crash Course: A Hands-On, Project-Based Introduction to Programming, by Eric Matthes. Price: $27.16.
Python Programming: An Introduction to Computer Science, by John Zelle.

My suggestion is that don't learn computers from books, just pay for a course of learn free on SoloLearn app
