Start with Python basics and after that you can go with Django for Web app development

Jason Mackjoo it depends from the type of the app(mobile, Web, desktop) which you want to be build. For example if you want to build mobile app you can learn either Java, Kotlin or Swift

Jason Mackjoo sorry I was busy. I don't really recommand tkinter, it's ugly. I prefer pyqt5 or gtk+.

I learnt pyqt5 from google, and by reading other's code, Iam still learning it thought. You can find everything you need on google, but if you want any help just send a message. It's really easy, you will be able to make basic apps in less than 8 hours.
