They already do. View the source code on the majority of sites you visit, and look for the H5 declaration <!DOCTYPE html> and other indicators like video, audio, and canvas elements.

In other words download Chrome; Google helps in driving the transition further, and that's a fact.

They should support aswell especially because no one should use the OS browser, because it has that many security leaks

Android has a stand alone browser which is very unsafe. It's recommended to download Chrome, Firefox or similar. and these browser absolutely support Html5.
