It's not possible in SoloLearn. You have to have your own web server. You can either buy such from a hosting website or you can use a physical machine as one.

Then you just set up web server like normal with html, css, js and php and c++ as backend. The c++ program have to ofcourse run 24/7 on the server for it to work
