This question asked thousands time but as far as I can say if you want to be "White Collar Hacker- Ethnical Hacker" you need to learn 1-networking
2-scripting
3-security
4-all algorithms of first three deeply
5-expect and be ready for unexpected

Being other side is more harder and this paltform is not related with it.
