Can we use PyCharm instead of Jupyter Notebook with Anaconda?

Mostly people's prefers to use jupyter with anaconda to modify and design the machine learning projects...
Can we use PyCharm instead of these?
Can PyCharm would work better than these?

I mostly use Jupyter to quickly pilot a workflow or to share some code , but you can run Jupyter notebooks in Pycharm itself anyways.

garima mishra Python is interpreted programming language and jupyter is an interpreter mostly use for machine learning
