PANDAS: Get data of students with marks<40 in more than 6 subjects out of 15 subjects

Question

Given a dataframe with Students details. Details include total 21 columns:-
I'd, name, class, age,15 columns for MARKS IN 15 different subjects, Total marks and Grade.

So how to get data of students with marks<40 in more than 6 subjects out of 15 subjects using pandas.
