I’ve never heard of RPGMaker, and it may be what you’re looking for. If so, you can feel free to ignore this completely.

most games are created with game engines. The two most popular of which (arguably), unity and unreal, are both highly powerful game engines. Unity uses C#, and Unreal C++. I would suggest looking them up on youtube or google and getting some understanding of what they are

I've heard of unity before from the way your talking about it sounds great.yeah I'm not a fan of c++ so unreal is out of the question
