Definitely go with CSS - your fresh knowledge of HTML will help immensely. There's no real "official" order and each person has different goals or opinions but here's my take: 1. HTML basics 2. CSS basics 3. HTML advanced, CSS advanced 4. JavaScript basics 5. JavaScript advanced Here's where it gets tricky - you can either improve your frontend skills or move to backend - either way you will use a database of sorts and a language that helps you work with it. MySql paired with python/php/java MongoDB, noSQL, c#, it's anyone's game at this point :)

there are three diffrenet things to html and since you know the basics of html you want to go onto css and then when you really know some more advanced html you can tackle javascript (trust me on that javascript can be very difficult and annoying because of it’s strict rules)

I would look into full stack web development. That is if you care about learning about the back-end.
