How to create an empty varaible (with no object) in Python. --- for an algebraic equation... ?

In an algebraic equation, ( like 2x+3y==8. ), variables are expressed before getting their values, through arithmetic algorithms etc., how can I create a statement with such empty varaibles using python3 I'm working on an equation solver programme, so how can I create such empty variables without error

But Thomas Williams, I need an integer with no value, but jere it has a value 0 If I make an expression like, 2x == 10 Since x will have a value 0, I can't get 5 as x here. Hope you understand the stances and help me !!!
