What is the advantage of earning a lot of XP?

guys and gals you are going to be hopefully entering the real world of fast pace coding... these challenges are for brain eye and hand coordination as well as endurance

it is also about reaching deeper inside you as a future coder extraordinar who will be tested daily... not always in HTML of course.

Will you still be pushing yourself 5 10 15 years down the road or will you give in or give up the journey...

Most people do it for fame or social reasons rather than for educational purposes IMHO.
