Filters don't work.

I've just finished css and when I tried to use the sololearn codes to see the effects of the filters it did not work ,So why and how can I fix this problem?

No, but I mean that in the last module and when I write any code the code works but the filters don't

In side the
<style>
Place the css code here
</style>

Or
Link it inside the html
