What's the defrence between android studio and xamarin ?

Hello guys i want to know what's the defrence between android studio with java code and xamarin with c# code and wich the best for lower configuration of laptop ?

Android Studio is an IDE used for Native android development (Java/Kotlin). Xamarin is a framework from Microsoft to write cross-platform apps(Android/iOS)
