Ahmed check the book recommended above... I read to some extent but postponed reading. it is very very simplified source to know about algorithm....your English appears very good so go on..good luck

Yeah, it's important to start with a weight you can move, and work up from there.

A very good book will be of no help if you don't understand anything.

Yeah, I also like it a lot.

It seems to work well enough even when you really don't know much yet. Kind of a rare thing.
