Problem with http-server and localhost

Question

I am interesting in developing PWA and I watch this video on YouTube (https://youtu.be/PL2DG9LJoVQ). I have using Windows CMD instead CMDER like on video.
I do exactly like on the video but I have a problem.
It says that this page isn't working.
Localhost sent an invalid response

ERR_INVALID_REDIRECT

But CMD is saying this:
