Practice Sql in the sandbox Web code SoloLearn. Is it possible or not?

However, if you think ... then, the practice of Sql can be organized here ...: 1 - by means of Http requests for a small hosting with a database and, for example, Php with a simple code ... :); 2 - you can try the same thing, but from Apache Http server + locally installed on mobile Android, local Bd server is on the same device (there are such applications for Android), and of course Php code of course ... php code, in fact similar to the one needed in point 1 ... the address where to send Http requests from the SoloLearn application, I think, LocalHost. If someone can correct me or knows that this does not work out - write. This is interesting to me too. :)

Yes. This is possible. There is a built-in DB -sqlite, there are ready-made interfaces for it on Android. In addition, there is MariaDb. Try them.

Afaik you can’t because there is no database to query, and sololearn doesn’t want to set up a server dedicated to having many people constantly setting up databases and querying them.
