In which sequence a person can easily learn python's different libraries?

Any sequence.
But I recommend it on a need-to-use basis. So when you need to use it, then you look at its documentation and/or tutorials.

While being thorough has its advantages, if you include third party libraries, you could never learn them all in one lifetime .
