Why we use div <div class="section"> ?? And if i remove it then no change occurs in output??

because "class=section" is how you named specific <div>, when you do that, you go to CSS, type in .section and that way you are telling CSS which <div> are you customizing in this case its div named ".section". so basically it doesent affect your html, its just a connection between html and css, so css know which div are you customizing
