How do sololearn calculate the number of points at the creation of the challenge with any person or loss of any challenge with anyone ??

The rating system is inspired by ELO system, which is for example used in chess (you can look it up at Wikipedia).

The rating that determines how 'strong' you are in relation to your opponent is the xp you have in that specific language. You can look that up in your (and other players's) profile.
