Can anyone answer me directly?
Should I continue learning web programming nowadays or not?
With the reason please due to that many people say that Wordpress is occupying the webs nowadays

In my opinion, web development is worth continuing these days. It is one of the most cross platform methods of programming due to the availability of web browsers on many devices and new methods for making responsive designs. Javascript is also constantly improving with performance and creating new methods to help eliminate some of the major flaws that used to be in the language, as well as being more standardized with less vendor prefixes.

About wordpress, wordpress itself is just a CMS (content management system). With wordpress alone, you can't really make an advanced web page, you still need to know the core web languages (html, css, js) to expand what your site can do. I'm not completely sure about this, but I'm pretty sure wordpress plugins (which are what make most of the interactive elements of a wordpress page) are all written in html, css, and js, possibly with a custom templating language from wordpress in the html.
