What Discord library do you recommend for Developing Bots?

What's your opinion on these libraries: ( disco.py, discord.py, discord.js, discord.io, discordie, eris ) if you used them before.

Also, what tools/softwares do I need to get into bots development?

I personally use discord.js and I recommend either that or discord.py depending on if you are more comfortable in JavaScript or Python.
