Network error

Sololearn Application have network connection error sometimes like when we're making challenges and when we're sending texts. Does some sololearn administration members exit here? If it then fix it please.

I'm having problems seeing profile pictures in web forums sometimes because they won't load. I even waited 5 minutes, but nothing. So the app isn't the only thing. EDIT: For more info on my problem, see link: https://www.sololearn.com/Discuss/1905618/did-the-web-actually-update

A network error is the error condition that caused a network request to fail. Each network error has a type, which is a string. Each network error has a phase, which describes which phase the error occurred in: DNS. the error occurred during DNS resolution. This May Work, Peter
