When I am copying a text (highlighting and pressing copy), am I creating a variable?

You declare variables using symbols based on the language type but highlighting and copying texts is a whole different thing.

Thank you, Koder King, maybe I didn't ask the question properly, what I meant is that if it is a code behind highlighting and copying text that in certain way assign that variable since is something that can change.
