How do you stay focused when coding?

I find it hard to stay focused when I'm working on projects, especially if my mom calls me for an errand, or when I check my phone. When I return to coding, I just can't "go back to the stream". Any tips? I do not how I'll be able work in the future if I get distracted quickly. Though, regarding my programming skills, I could say that I have no problems with it (I have loved it since I was 13 or 15). Thanks!

You have to find your own way. Each are born different with different abilities and skills.
You'll find your way soon if you are determined and honest to yourself.
Distractions may occur but it's you who must choose. It's your life, your choice and your discission. 😇 Hope you understood.

Li-sen to Music,take break for some time,Have a cup of tea or coffee,take a small nap,Give break for your mind.
May be this all will work for some or may not.
We all have different mind set at different time.
