Any other platform like medium.com

Question

i own a site which is static site, i want to publish blogs on it but dont want to do wordpress or anyother CMS. Is there any Javascript or anyothe custom CMS for posting simple blogs?

Or any free platforms where we can write blogs lile medium and attach these blogs to our domain. Medium has just stopped doing it now.
