I don't know is this is a dumb question ... But what dose "solo" learn mean or stand for?

In spanish solo = alone, so I think the app name means self-learning, for people who like to program on their own.

Solo, as in you, learn by yourself. That's all it means :). You progress at your speed, you learn what you want to learn without any predefined curriculum.
