Are the propel modules very necessary for offer letter form cape Gemini?

Manas Ranjan capgemini selection is done according to their criteria of recruiting the students. They generally do organized recruitment event in which
1) Quantative aptitude
2) Logical reasoning
3) verbal ability
4) essay writing
5) coding programming question.

After selecting candidates they do assign candidates with some digital training and propel modules to worked up on, in which every aspect of programming is explained via video and after that code snippet and assignments are given to solve.

Generally they have give no effect on call letter or job letter but it do effect when you goes there as these are some training which will helps you in starting week at company.

Without digital training there is no much effect as on joining you will again have to go through 3 months training which will taught you all things.
