About what percent of a programmer's job involves problem solving?

On average, how much of a day is spent problem solving opposed to time involved with coding and testing?

Average American as a professional programmer I am constantly problem solving, testing, and creating new lines of programming. When a suplimental code is added there is ongoing testing and often reconstruction of code to adapt to the original programming so that all devices can understand the added code and less time trying & bouncing between compilers in uniformaty. I really can't put a specific percentage on any one side as each day is presented with new challenges and or issues.

As BroFarOps said I don't recall seeing anything where this activity was quantified.

In other considerations of the question, there are also tasks and problems that programmers are not able to solve and it requires a teamwork of different specialists.
