Hiide windows taskbar and remove space

Question

Hi,
I need to make a new taskbar in windows but that code is unknown to me.
In my research I found code to put the bar in HIDE mode but leaves the space of the bar and also found the code to enable AUTOHIDE but when I lower the cursor to the bottom of the screen the bar appears.
So I want to join both together because AUTOHIDE mode make desktop space enlarge to full screen.
Anyone as an ideia how to get that result?

What version of windows are you using?

Win 10 or win 8 need to work in both
