How to make unit converter using HTML or C++?

I am new to programming language and still don't have much skill. I am little good in HTML.
I need a your help to make this converter.

I want to make a converter/Calculator using HTML language or C++ .
That help to convert Kbs to MBs and GBs
And also GBs convert to MBs and MBs..

Html is only a structure language please use Javascript or some other language to build your calculator/converter like python, Java, C++ (what you already said) or C# or some other me unknown language
