How to resize an image by coding and save in my phone gallery?

Please help me! I want to resize an image to 5px*5px of width and height respectively and I want save these new image in my phone gallery.

i usually use a non standard way of image manipulation using pygame.

it depends on the language that you're using.
if you're using python then you can simply search
